ABOUT ME

unnamed.jpg

My name is Rachel Hartmann and I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Theater with a minor in Entrepreneurship in May of 2020. I have worked at my University's scene shop for three years and as a props intern at the Millbrook Playhouse in 2019. I have been nominated three times for the Kennedy Center American Theater Festival for my Properties Designs on Emilie ,The Master and Margarita, and The Importance of Being Earnest.

I performed with Paperhand Puppetry Intervention the summer of 2022 where I learned mask and stilt performance. I am currently working with the Center for Puppetry Arts.

My love for travel has taken me abroad for semester in London and has lead me to teach English in South Korea. I am inspired to seek more opportunities for adventure and theater in new destinations.
